Business Location Services Ltd, acting on behalf of Leading Homes, have just secured planning permission for the demolition of the former Hotel California, Pentire, Newquay, for the erection of 20 apartments and 4 houses together with access, car parking landscaping and biodiversity and associated infrastructure.  BLS undertook the coordination, preparation and submission of the full detailed planning application together with the financial viability and S106 agreement.
