Full detailed planning permission has been granted for the demolition of the existing Marina Hotel, Narrowcliff, Newquay and erection of apartment building comprising 32 residential apartments and an extension to the existing Cliffedge development together with access, car parking and landscaping on behalf of Stephens and Stephen. BLS undertook the town planning consultancy and financial work in respect of the proposed development.
