BLS have successfully obtained planning permission for the development of 17 residential dwellings (4 affordable), estate roads, landscaping and biodiversity on an existing previously developed brownfield site at Newton Road, Troon.  The application site lies within the World Heritage Site and provides for a high quality sensitive vernacular layout and design and use of a palette of traditional materials.  BLS undertook the coordination, preparation and submission of the planning application together with the execution of the S106 agreement.
