Planning Permission Granted for the Redevelopment of the Former Narrowcliff Hotel, Newquay

BLS have successfully obtained full detailed planning permission for the former Narrowcliff Hotel building, Newquay, for the erection of 12 residential apartments.  BLS undertook the town planning consultancy including the financial viability assessment.  The Narrowcliff Hotel is currently in a poor state of repair and the proposed development represents a significant regeneration development in a prominent seafront location in Newquay.
