Small Scale Housing Scheme in Portreath Approved

BLS acting on behalf of Vale Court (Holdings) Ltd have successfully obtained planning permission of the erection of 3 dwellings at Tralee, Sunnyvale Road, Portreath.  The proposed development involved the demolition of an existing mundic bungalow on a challenging site.  BLS undertook the planning consultancy work together with the architectural design and layout.
