BLS have successfully obtained planning permission on a development of 7 converted barns which were the subject of holiday occupancy conditions at Pencrennow, Reen, near Perranporth.  BLS, acting as planning consultants, undertook the planning application submission including the financial viability assessment.  BLS also demonstrated that the viability was such that no off site financial contribution to affordable housing was appropriate in this case.
