BLS, acting as planning consultants for Westcountry Land and Falmouth School, have successfully obtained detailed planning permission for the erection of 104 dwellings (68 open market and 36 affordable) on the former Falmouth School sports pitches at Union Corner, Falmouth.  As part of the application BLS also acted as planning consultants in securing planning permission for the development of sports pitches on the former Budock Hospital immediately adjacent to Falmouth School.
