BLS Ltd have successfully obtained detailed planning consent for a development of five dwellings off Westways Lane on the edge of Newquay for a local client.  The development was approved under the new planning policy guidance where no contributions to affordable housing and infrastructure are necessary for housing developments of upto 10 dwellings in major settlements.
