Regeneration Housing Development in Pentire, Newquay

BLS acting as Planning Consultants on behalf of Legacy Properties Ltd have successfully secured planning permission of the development of 10 detached and semi-detached houses at 38-40 Pentire Crescent, Newquay, formerly the Woodlands Hotel.  Working with ArtChart Architecture, BLS undertook the planning policy assessment and the financial viability assessment.
