BLS have successfully secured planning permission for the redevelopment of the former Admiral Nelson hotel site off Bar Road, Falmouth for the development of 46 residential apartments. The former Admiral Nelson site occupies a prominent location on Falmouth's waterfront and has a long and controversial history. BLS undertook the preparation and submission of the planning application and undertook the financial viability assessment and Section 106 agreement on behalf of the Acorn Property Group.
