On behalf of a local developer, Bazeley Developments Ltd, BLS working with ATec Design have secured planning consent for the demolition of an existing dwelling and erection of 4 dwellings at 62 Pentire Avenue, Newquay. BLS undertook the preparation and submission of the planning application together with the financial viability assessment. The redevelopment provided for a redevelopment of this prominent site in Newquay with a contemporary designed scheme.
