Planning Permission Granted Following a Planning Appeal for the Erection of 32 Dwellings at Church View Farm, Tuckingmill, Camborne

BLS have successfully obtained full detailed planning permission following a planning appeal to the Secretary of State for the erection of 32 dwellings on land at Church View Farm, Tuckingmill, Camborne.  BLS previously undertook the preparation and submission of the planning application, which was refused by Cornwall Council despite an officer recommendation for approval.  BLS undertook the preparation and submission of the planning appeal.   The Appeal Reference is: APP/D0840/W/24/3350861.
