Business Location Services Ltd have successfully obtained prior approval planning permission for the change of use of existing office building within Class E (commercial, business and service) to Class C3 (dwellinghouse) use.  The application site was located at 74-94 Fore St, Saltash and involves the conversion of an existing office building to 9 residential flats.  BLS undertook the coordination, preparation and submission of the Class MA prior approval application.
