BLS acting on behalf of Belle Isle Hotels (Cornwall) Ltd, the owners of the Cornwall Hotel and Spa at Tregorrick, St Austell, have successfully obtained planning permission of a solar pv array development.  BLS undertook the coordination, preparation and submission of the planning application for the solar array that will produce 639 Kw of renewable electricity with an output of 1,080 kWp per annum.  The solar pv array comprises 1,016 solar panels and will contribute to a reduction in CO2 of some 131.521Kg per year.  The proposed development will enhance the sustainability of the hotel by reducing energy costs and off-setting carbon emissions.
