BLS Ltd have successfully won a planning appeal for the demolition of existing dwelling and erection of three dwellings at the Anchorage, North Parade, Falmouth (Appeal Reference APP/D0840/W/23/3333234).  The planning appeal followed a refusal of planning permission by Cornwall Council against the advice of its planning officers.  Falmouth Town Council also had objected to the planning application and the appeal decision follows yet another development in Falmouth granted on appeal by the Secretary of State.
