BLS, on behalf of Cornwall Executive Homes Ltd, has won a planning appeal against the refusal of planning permission by Cornwall Council for an extension to existing E(g)/B8 industrial/warehouse building and formation of vehicle turning/parking area at Treverbyn Road, St Austell. The planning appeal was allowed by the Secretary of State for which BLS prepared and submitted the appeal under written representations appeal procedure. The appeal reference is APP/D0840/W/22/3293889.
