Business Location Services Ltd town planning consultants have, following a planning appeal to the Secretary of State, obtained planning permission for the erection of 14 dwellings (4 affordable), estate road, foul/surface water drainage and landscaping at Land Known as “The Bowling Green”, High Street, St Keverne, Helston, Cornwall TR12 6NS.  Planning permission was originally refused by Cornwall Council and on behalf of the applicant BLS undertook the preparation and submission of the planning appeal.  The Planning Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State allowed the appeal.
