BLS has submitted a reserved matters planning application on behalf of Westcountry Land (Kenwyn) Ltd for the erection of 29 build for rent apartments at Chyvelah Road, Threemilestone, Truro.  The site is a previously developed brownfield site currently occupied by industrial/warehouse on a prominent site in the centre of Threemilestone.  The scheme is of a high design quality in a contemporary style with the use of a palette of natural materials and finishes.
