BLS have successfully obtained outline planning permission for the erection of 37 houses (11 affordable) together with a small community retail unit on land in the village of Mitchell, near Truro.  BLS undertook the preparation and submission of the planning application including the completion of the S106 agreement.  The planning application was approved by Cornwall Council's Central Sub Area Committee at its meeting on the 29th October 2018.
