BLS Ltd on behalf of Acorn Blue have successfully obtained a S73 detailed planning permission for a major development on Falmouth's seafront for a residential apartment building on the former Falmouth Beach Hotel site immediately adjacent the Hotel St Michael's.  The proposed building comprises 53 residential apartments and represents a major development that will regenerate this prominent seafront site and will result in further investment in upgrading and expanding the Hotel St Michael's.
