BLS have successfully obtained detailed planning permission for the erection of a pair of semi-detached contemporary designed houses close to Bodmin Town Centre.  BLS undertook the detailed design and submission of the planning application on what was an extremely challenging infill site due to adverse site gradients and adjoining residential properties.  The planning application was submitted on behalf of a local based developer and was approved by Cornwall Council's East Area Planning Committee on the 30th April 2018.
