BLS have successfully obtained outline planning permission for a cross subsidy affordable housing led housing scheme for 30 dwellings with 15 affordable dwellings in the village of Perranwell, Truro. BLS, acting as planning consultants, undertook the planning consultancy work together with the preparation of the financial viability assessment. BLS also undertook the negotiations in respect of the Section 106 agreement which secured the affordable housing provisions and financial contributions to infrastructure.
