BLS have secured planning permission for a highly controversial retrospective planning application for the redevelopment at Penare Pig Farm at Fraddon from Cornwall Council. BLS undertook the coordination, preparation and submission of the pig farm planning application and negotiated the detailed and complex set of planning conditions. Russell Dodge, Managing Director said "This has been a long-winded and challenging planning application process and despite the challenges we are pleased to have achieved a successful outcome with the granting of the planning consent".
