BLS have successfully won yet another planning appeal against a refusal of planning permission by Cornwall Council against advice from its professional planning officers.  BLS, acting on behalf of Acorn Blue, undertook a planning appeal under the written representations appeal procedures to the Secretary of State.  The appeal proposal involved the development of a cross subsidy residential development comprising 45 dwellings (23 affordable and 22 open market), public open space, estate roads and landscaping on land adjacent Martyns Close, Goonhavern, Truro.  The planning appeal was allowed by the Planning Inspector and planning permission granted subject to planning conditions.
