Acting on behalf of Belle Isles Management (Cornwall) Ltd, Business Location Services Ltd have obtained planning and listed building consent for a major extension to the Cornwall Hotel and Spa, Tregorrick, St Austell. 

The proposal involved an extension to the Grade II listed hotel to provide a function room/conference facility together with an extension to the brasserie restaurant.

The Cornwall Hotel and Spa is one of Cornwall's leading hotels and the new function room/conference facility will add to the hotel's offer with significant benefit to the local economy.
