BLS Ltd have successfully prepared and submitted a planning application and supporting viability assessment in respect of the removal of a holiday occupancy condition on the consent for the conversion of 7 traditional agricultural barns to open market residential dwellings. Planning permission has been granted by Cornwall Council for the 7 agricultural barns at Rosewastis Farm on the outskirts of St Columb Major. The viability assessment prepared by BLS showed the proposed development was not viable with any affordable housing contribution or provision. The conversion of the 7 barns will result in a development of the highest design quality.
