BLS have won another planning appeal against a decision by Cornwall Council to refuse planning consent for the development of 19 residential dwellings (10 affordable) on land at Trethurffe, Ladock, Truro. The planning application was refused by the Council's Central Sub Planning Committee, against the advice of the Council's professional officers. Not only was the appeal allowed by the Planning Inspector but a full award of costs was awarded against the Council. The proposal is a cross subsidy housing scheme that will provide much needed affordable housing in the Parish of Ladock.
