BLS have successfully secured full detailed planning permission for a large single detached dwelling on an infill plot on the edge of St Columb Major. The planning consent followed two previous planning refusals and an appeal dismissal for an identical scheme. The reason for the recent success is the change in planning policy arising from the Government's National Planning Policy Framework.
