BLS Ltd have obtained full detailed planning permission from Plymouth City Council for the erection of 5 detached residential dwellings.  Acting on behalf of Westcountry Land (Alphington) Ltd the proposed development was located off Arcadia Road, Elburton, Plymouth.  The proposed development was subject to a previous refusal of planning permission and a partially successful planning appeal, and with our broken planning system it demonstrates that persistence pays off in delivering new housing.
