Leisure Use granted on an Industrial Estate in Truro

BLS have secured a full detailed planning consent for the erection of an indoor children’s play centre building (D2 Use Class) on the Walker Business Park, Threemilestone Industrial Estate, Truro on behalf of Cornwall Indoor Play Ltd. BLS prepared the supporting Planning Statement and provided justification for a leisure use on an industrial estate location.
