Russell is a Chartered Town Planner, and Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute, and has over 25 years experience in both the public and private sector in economic development, property development / management, grant funding and town planning.
Russell is also a Member of the Institute of Directors and has been a listed business planning consultant on the South West Register for many years.
